A rich, classic Planifolia Vanilla with an immediate crème brûlée/vanilla-cream attack, layered with honeyed raisin and a gentle floral lift. The mid-palate turns buttery-toffee and milk-chocolate, finishing smooth and balsamic with a soft tobacco warmth. Very rounded, not sharp; high aromatic persistence. Excellent with chocolate, coffee, caramel, nuts, and dairy (ice cream, custards), as the cocoa + raisin axis integrates naturally. Works well in rum (or other warm spirits) and for extracts when you want a darker, dessert-like vanilla impression.
Beans measure from 16cm to 20cm for an average weight of 5gr. A kilo is about 200 beans.
