Vanilla vines naturally grow in Sylves, dense tropical rainforests, climbing up all sorts of existing trees. Its growth environment is referred to as its terroir, and includes the environment and also the climate, the geography and local geology as well as its entire ecosystem and biodiversity. By cultivating vanilla vines in agroforestry, the local communities, living in tropical forests and part of these ecosystems, thrive to generate a sustainable revenue in a circular economy while protecting the existing biodiversity. This is why we choose to support agroforestry vanilla. Not only we invest in vanilla pods and plantations, we create storages, local stocks and markets, also build trade tools, and share knowledge and know-how to continuously support Agroforestry Vanilla Farmers around the world and contribute to more agroforestry farms and diversity.

If you too wish to taste more of the existing Vanilla species and support Sylvanilla® partnering Farmers, you can subscribe to the Agroforestry Farms programs.

The farmers cultivate organic vanilla vines on already existing trees (cocoa, coffee, nutmeg, orange, citrus, ...), you follow up the developments made and from Sylvanilla® you receive every year the first harvested and refined organic gourmet vanilla beans* from the vanilleraie(s) you are helping to grow (*2 vanilla pods per 10 increments) and 10% off coupon valid all year long in the online shop.

You do not need to sign-in to Empower Vanilla Farmers. Click on "Add to Cart" from a desktop or the desktop version of mobile. You can sign-in later on and follow-up the Vanilla Farms developments.
