These exceptional pods of hybrid Pompona (Pompona & Planifolia) from Madagascar are sublime; long and broad, thick, black and fatty, with subtle notes of cocoa and licorice, delicate floral aromas, developing powerful notes of prunes, and warm flavors. A reference in kitchens when it comes to vanilla, since 1 Pompona Vanilla pod is equivalent to 2 to 4 Planifolia Vanilla pods.
