The Thaïland Planifolia Variegata Vanilla pods are rich in flavours, creamy, hearty and woody, and are a perfect addition to salty recipes. A discrete sweetness, pronounce notes "sous-bois" with caramel and regliss undertones, also contribute to the complexity of this aromatic profile.
