The Vanilla Bahiana, another unique and very singular vanilla specie, a collector and one of the smallest vanilla pod, one of the rarest vanilla beans ever seen in Brazil Cerrado Atlantic Rainforest (Mata Atlântica) on the East coast. Short and plump, with rich vanilla aromas and surprising blue cheese like undertones, smokey kind of, woody, fruity notes in the background. These specie is also quite rare and few farmers only will spot it in the wild and sometimes cultivate it under the canopy of the atlantic ocean tropical forest. It's a limited production again, for exceptionals creations.
